Everyone is welcome to attend the online courses of the National Central Library(NCL) E-Learning Campus. Nearly all of the courses are offered free of charge.

| The E-Learning Campus is a collaborative effort by the Library Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the National Central Library and information science departments of various universities, and domestic libraries to provide online courses for library users and library staff. |
